Payment Confirmation

When you book a reservation for a product through the website, Real Desert Tourism collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing.” Real Desert Tourism accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Real Desert Tourism on the credit or debit card statement.

You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your reservation.

Refund Policy

• Service charges and taxes are non-refundable.

• No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals, or any other services utilized.

• Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.

• For non-refundable items, if you have purchased specific time-based coupon tickets, events, attractions, or accommodations that are non-refundable and non-replaceable, these will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Non-Group Bookings Cancellation Policy

Canceling a booking with Real Desert Tourism will result in a 10% cancellation fee. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier or tour operator (see your Real Desert Tourism voucher for specific details). When canceling any booking, you will be notified via email of the total cancellation fees. The time-bound cancellation fee will be applied or waived under the following conditions:

• If you have purchased an event, attraction, or coupon ticket, it will be non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In some cases, hotel or accommodation bookings are also non-refundable but depend on the booking policy mentioned in the voucher.

• Cancellation Timeframes:

  • If you cancel at least 96 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel before 24 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the transaction date.

Group Bookings (4 or more pax in a single booking):

• 7 Days prior to tour departure: 50% cancellation fee.

• 5 Days or less prior to tour departure: 100% cancellation fee.
